Rallying Singaporean Owners of Bay View Villas (Marina Bay Resort) Port Dickson

Dear owners of Bay View Villas,

It has been 10 years since we invested our hard-earned dollars in the condominium at Port Dickson.

It is a great pity that such a strategically located development with the potential of an active sea-sport hub is laid to waste as most owners have given up hope. This happened because owners especially Singaporeans who are non-residents were at a loss and did not know what to do.

The time has come for us to take up a more active role than just paying taxes, maintenance fees and utility bills.

Malaysian owners who have been trapped in the same predicament as us are beginning to proactively rally the support of owners from both sides of the causeway to hopefully transform the resort into a more attractive place for ourselves through the restoration and maintenance of the building facade and facilities.

We also need to claim the title deeds that belong rightfully to us.e

If you are one of the owners of Bay View Villas, we need you to support the Bay View Villas Joint Management Body. There is still hope for the place and as a united group, we can work together to bring Bay View Villas out of its current deplorable situation.
